Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for this type of return.

The Warranty Repair or Replacement Policy

If a tool develops a fault within the first six months, we will first offer a repair or a direct replacement, as required by consumer legislation. We will cover all shipping costs associated with testing and resolving the fault. If the initial repair or replacement fails to resolve the issue, you retain the legal right to a full refund, or a partial refund if the item has been in use for an extended period. We manage the entire manufacturer’s warranty claim process on your behalf, providing a single point of contact for all service needs, eliminating the complexity often associated with tool guarantees.

Exchanges for Technical Specifications

We recognise that technical tools sometimes need minor adjustment. If you find the specifications of a tool are not perfectly suited to your job, we offer a one-time exchange to an alternative product of similar value within twenty-eight days. This policy is subject to the original item being returned in excellent condition, allowing professional users the necessary flexibility to ensure they have the absolutely right functional equipment for their specific task, reinforcing our strong customer service attitude.
